At Jedburgh Family Dental Practice we offer our patients a variety of routine private treatments. These include:

• Composite Fillings (on posterior teeth)
• Air Polish
• Bite Splints
• Sports mouthguard

Composite fillings are a filling materials that comes in different shades and allows the dentist to match the filling material to the shade of your natural teeth. These are not available on the NHS to restore the biting surface of posterior teeth.

This treatment is great for removing stains caused by drinking red wine, coffee or tea and also staining caused by smoking.

Bite splints can be used to help alleviate pain from TMJ problems 

We would always recommend when participating in any contact sports that you wear a mouthguard.

We provide mouthguard for children and adults and these come in a wide variety of colours and designs.
